On Can Single People With No Responsibilities Whatsoever Have It All?
@josefinastrummer I don't know why you are taking this personally. Logan is talking about her own life, as compared to the life of her friend, who is responsible for two tiny human beings. Calm down.

I relate to this SO MUCH Logan. Especially the part where you were wildly optimistic about your ability to get out of bed and accomplish things early. I am usually off in this estimate by an hour or more. Ugh.

On I Thought Socialized Medicine Was Soooo Great, But Now I'm Like, "No Thanks"
Totally agree. It's actually somewhat embarrassing for the Billfold in my opinion. As far as I can tell, this guy met a doctor who was kind of a jerk, and what on earth does the drug addict throwing a bandage at him have to do with anything? I suppose if you have health insurance in the US you get to go to doctors that poor people can't afford, so you don't have to deal with their unsightly wounds?

On How Natasha Vargas-Cooper Does Money
@deepomega The flip side of the accusation of trolling is all the smug comments that people who don't like this just don't get the joke. When I read a FMK post I know what I'm getting. This site is edited by the most sincere blogger on the planet, Mike Dang, and people who come to it want to actually read an answer to the question, How do you do money? If you're too cool to answer it, then don't do the interview!

On Dude Pays Off Lots of Debt Pretty Quickly
Liquidating your IRAs to pay off student loans does not make any sense to me. I'm curious what Mike Dang has to say about this.

On WWYD: A Job After Graduation
I seriously disagree. You are 22 and you have no student loan debt! You can do whatever you want to do! If you feel DREAD inside you when just considering this job, then don't do it. Get a job teaching English in a country where the cost of living is dirt cheap. Work as a barista in a city you are excited about. If you can't take a risk when you are 22 and debt-free, then when can you?
