On Do You Know Your Type?
I took it in college and found it to be pretty accurate (INFJ), although I don't know how valuable I find it to be, especially in a working situation. My husband is an INFP - his P drives my J crazy (meaning I make decisions very quickly and he takes forever).

On Our Most Memorable Holiday Movie-Watching Experiences
Home Alone always reminds me of Christmas with my mom and little brother (who was about the same age as MC when it came out). To this day a pizza cannot be ordered without someone saying "a delicious cheese pizza just for me."

@Dancercise Space Mutiny is the best. "My Buns of Steel tapes!" So many good memories of watching MST3K with my best friend and her cousin and with my mom and brother.

On Do You Know How Much a Single Tampon Costs?
Since I started couponing, I've been paying about $.99 for an 18 ct box of the name brand ones at drugstores. Sometimes you can get them for free.

On Flight Attending Not So Great a Job, Maybe?
@stuffisthings Kew Gardens = Crew Gardens. I lived in Forest Hills while I was doing it, 5 people in a 3 bedroom apartment. Everyone worked different hours so it was never really crowded. It was fine in my 20s, but I don't think I could do it now. I was told that if you do it for 5 years, you could essentially have another job and work for the airline 1 flight a month to keep your travel and health benefits. This was a while ago, so I'm not sure if the same rules apply today.

On Flight Attending Not So Great a Job, Maybe?
@redheaded&crazy You do several of those flights a day, sometimes combined into trips that last several days. You get a base salary plus flight time as well.

On Monday Check-In: How Much Did You Spend This Weekend?
Let's see: Saturday $8 for egg sandwiches and a small thing of half & half $8 for lunch $8 for Chinese takeout dinner Sunday $19 on 2 heros for dinner (breakfast & lunch eaten with things already in the house - entertainment was bike riding and playing frisbee) $43 - Not bad for 2 people. I volunteered at the library Saturday morning making paper airplanes with kids (which was the best) and spent Saturday helping my husband out at his store. Volunteering/working is the best way not to spend money. Also, I had to use this weekend to make up for the $80 I paid an exterminator on Thursday to come and smite the ants in my CAR. It was worth every penny.

On The State of Things: The Two Logans, and Mike Premeditates
@stuffisthings Late Night Snack! Bought this for my husband thinking he'd love it because it combines salty and sweet, but he was meh about it, and I LOVED it. Like gone 3 days later loved it.

On Haircut Negotiations
My husband was tired of getting terrible haircuts, so my aunt taught me how to cut his hair. I think I do a pretty good job, plus we save a good bit of money. It seems to me like men get overcharged nowadays if they want anything other than a barbershop-type of cut.
