How does a frugal person decide to get a law degree on loans while knowing that employment prospects are grim? My parents and I discussed possible career choices and I chose the one which most likely guaranteed employment - because they are midwestern depression babies and frugality is their life. So how did you ever come to that unwise choice?
@Jake Reinhardt My favorite night cream is a Korres one that is made with Greek Yogurt! I've gotten samples of it several times and finally bought some.
This is when it's great to be an introverted engineer. No-one expects eye contact or socializing from me. I can hermit here in my grey cube and its normal.
One of my coworkers has started a Tie Wednesday. It's pretty cool to see guys actually dressed up; however that doesn't mean I'm giving up my jeans and flats.
@kaitlinmlk That's what I keep $100 bills for. There's one folded in my wallet for an emergency and some stashed in my closet. My dad was a child of the Great Depression and taught me to keep cash around in case I couldn't get money for a few days.
Tights are not pants. For the sake of civilization please quit wearing them as such.
I love that the carrier company left a comment. Basically, they're saying it wouldn't have been hard to get the package if you had any common sense or courtesy. Some people have neither.
I'm confused how no job is better than a bad job. I've had some truly crappy jobs, but I had bills to pay and honestly I just don't get choosing unemployment.
