On The Cost of a Bottle of Sutter Home at the Times Square Olive Garden + More Booze Facts
@stuffisthings I usually get whiskeys on the rocks or gin martinis. Wine is mostly an at-home drink. But, I should say, I'm not a big drinker. I maybe go out to a bar once a month (or couple of months) and my at-home drinking as dropped down to almost nothing in the last couple of years.

On It's My Trigger Word
I had a tax scare yesterday. I answered one of turbo tax's questions incorrectly when filling my 1098-T information (It wasn't a mistake, I had misunderstood the question) and I saw my running tax return tally rapidly decrement and go from green to red. It was a horrible feeling. But I figured it out! And I'm back to getting a return instead of owing.

I need to clean and oil my bike chain. It's so easy, I don't know why I've been putting it off for days.

On Public Transit Is a Race and Class Issue
@WhyHelloThere That describes exactly my high school experience with buses. I lived in a suburb and if I wanted to go anywhere I had to bus to downtown (no grocery stores, shopping, anything, just skyscrapers) wait awhile and then hop on another bus to actually get where I wanted to go.

On Public Transit Is a Race and Class Issue
In my lifetime of using public transportation the thing that has infuriated me the most is when bus lines are completely shut down on federal holidays. OH! It's President's Day! Guess I don't have to be anywhere today.

I just used TurboTax for the first time. I upgraded for Deluxe and was very pleased. Has anybody else used it? I didn't realize it would be so helpful in calculating the best credits for me and now I'm getting a much larger return than I did last year.

@Sallymander I think about that too. I never learned Command Prompt and it seems like such a pain in the ass to at this point.
