Doing It Anyway

Inspried by GWB’s paintings, Elizabeth Spiers explores the value of just doing it: “There’s a certain joy in being really, really bad at something and doing it anyway.” Singing in the shower. Drawing portraits. Attempting to not spend all of one’s money before one gets more money. AT LEAST I TRIED, is actually such a great thing to be able to say, when it comes down to it.
