Medicaid in Oregon

Sarah Kliff on the state and future of Medicaid in Oregon, where the governor accepted $1.9 billion from the federal government to fill a budget gap with the promise that he will slow the growth of Medicaid in the state. (“It’s not unlike a payday loan, with a quick influx of cash and a large obligation to follow.”) They are doing some interesting things to figure this out! IT MIGHT BE THE FUTURE.
