@RachelG8489 I have this- it’s not as cool as you think. I generally stick to my first.middleinitial.last@gmail unless I am putting my email on an official thing or my resume or something. People think you are narcissistic when you’ve got your own domain name and nothing worth looking at on it.

@LizF I’ve been contemplating buying my fastnamelastname.com lately- mostly because my Gmail address is FirstInitialMiddleInitialLastName, because both FirstNameLastName and FirstInitialLastName were taken. Having FirstName@FirstNameLastName would be pretty sweet, and easier to remember. It’s occurred to me that depending on how an email program stores my info, people could type in “Rachel” and not get me, and “rg” and not get me, and so on.

I just bought my first domain today! It is for my small business! I will be using it though. I did briefly contemplate buying my firstnamelastname.me as well today but decided I would wait.
