Nando's is amazing! KFC is the grossest. I was introduced to Nando's when I first visited the UK and now I happily consume it whenever I'm near one of their restaurants. I have to say that the two Nando's locations in DC aren't the greatest, but they're still pretty good for fast food. I am now scrolling back up to read the rest of your piece. What?? That’s a big part of my moving to the UK story. We got married quick-like and I applied for a marriage visa / indefinite leave to remain. It was a rather complicated and expensive process, but certainly simpler than if you’re trying to go for a non-marriage visa I think. We just did a city hall thing, no ceremony, so in my mind and to everyone besides the bank he’s still my boyfriend and not my husband. If that makes sense. @emilies @minijen Yeah.
