Further Evidence That Nothing Matters

Today in mysterious die-offs: Dolphins and pelicans in Peru. (Previously: blackbirds, bees, fish, EVERYTHING.)

I am not a total nihilist—I do recognize that there is a possibility that shit won’t get real in my lifetime, that I might get old one day. So: Just in case, I do pay my bills and avoid run-ins with collection agencies, and maybe one day I’ll start saving some money. But I also don’t stress out too much about it, because in a few years when it gets all The Road up in here, I totally recognize that my debt load or my savings or lack of savings won’t matter at all (and neither will anything else). Good morning!

this is also sort of what i think when i think about money! then i think that i should brush up on my agricultural skills, since that actually does seem useful should there be a post to the apocalypse.

What thought processes led you to that choice of adorning image? (I don’t disapprove; just wondering.)
