I’m graduating on Friday. This makes me feel totally awesome. Not.
It kind of should though? The unemployment rate may be high, but the odds are still good that you will find a job of some kind and make some amount of money. $1832/month is not a lot, but in many small cities it is going to get you by if you are single, 22, and willing to not have any pets. What I’m saying is, it’s not the apocalypse. I am trying to make you feel better and it might not be working?
@alexandra Good dose of perspective! Still, it’s a bummer that our hot-off-the-press degrees may not give us the leg up we thought it would initially.
What? I’ve never made more than $250 a week and always feel super rich, like I have way too much money and don’t know what to do with it. Why does money seem so hard for everyone, when I know they’re often making more than twice as much as me? AND I have a dog.
@alla swan Er, you may be on the wrong site, then.
No, this site is the best. I’m just trying to understand what everyone’s problem with money is. I’m really, really curious about it.
