I really think Rose was a virgin till she hooked up with Jack. That's why she was holding out on Billy Zane (who is really super hot to me now, but I definitely didn't see that when I was 12!)

I really, really enjoyed rewatching it in the theater. Titanic is made to be watched on a giant screen with surround sound. And I liked the 3D. It made me re-appreciate a movie that I'd been making fun of since I got past my middle school love affair with Jack & Rose.

I thought the 3D added a lot of claustrophobic depth to the running around flooded hallways scenes and the scenes with water looked spectacular.

Is it weird that my favourite part of the movie (for my 13 year old self) was the end, when you saw the kickass life that Rose had afterwards sans douchey husband AND Jack?
Also I do not remember this Fabrizio person AT ALL.

That "just-shot Irish counterpart" is named Tommy, and I had some real FEELINGS about him upon 3D viewing (which I felt was worth every one of the $17 I spent, but that's just me).

How much would it cost to hang out with Ester and Adam, always? Because that's what I want to do.

@BuffyBot This is very true. Also Rose contributed to Jack's death in several ways: By not getting and staying on the damn lifeboat like she oughta EITHER TIME and then by not sharing, or offering to take turns on, the driftwood. But love conquers all! In her heaven fantasy (possibly real heaven, who knows) everyone's so happy to see her and everything is forgiven.

What I noticed about the movie in rewatching was that Rose & Jack literally cause the sinking of the Titanic with their ridiculous need for PDA. The lookouts are watching them talking about how that's a way to stay warm and by the time they turn around it's too late! Way to go, sluts. Also by proxy they are responsible directly for the first deaths (the guys searching for them in the cargo area who are wiped out in the crash) and indirectly responsible for every other death.
